After that date, registration will have to be done onsite.
The Registration Desk will be located in the Grand Salon Foyer, on Level 4 of the Hyatt Regency Hotel and will be open:

Credit Card only – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Please note that the registration fee is the equivalent (in Canadian dollars) of the registration fee for the 2010 World Conference in Singapore.
The registration fee includes: gala dinner, lunches, welcome reception and coffee breaks.

Cancellation and Refunds
Participants may withdraw their registration fee in writing prior to April 1st, 2013. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 CAD administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.
